Internship
Started my Alfamart journey as an intern and built the foundation for understanding internal retail workflows and technical environments.
Alfamart became one of the most meaningful bodies of work in my portfolio because it combines product thinking, internal operations, and long-term maintainability in one ecosystem.
The scope spans internal tools, secure operational flows, and systems that need to stay dependable across multiple business contexts. The challenge was not only shipping features, but making each solution feel stable, intentional, and practical for real-world use.
Inside that company scope, the work branches into several project tracks that sit under one business context. That structure is why Alfamart works best as a parent case study, while each implementation still has room to be explained as its own project story.
A selection of the strongest project stories from this work chapter.
This project was an internal helpdesk modernization initiative at Alfamart. In this phase, the work focused on rebuilding the Security Level or Hak Level module from the legacy Oracle Form environment into a web-based system using Flask, while preserving the original business behavior and improving maintainability for future development.
View Project DetailThis project focused on building a backend processing system used to determine store incentive eligibility based on recurring operational performance data. The application runs periodically, evaluates records using business rules, and helps operational teams identify which stores qualify for incentives in a more consistent and automated way.
View Project DetailMigrated an internal PIN reset system from a legacy PHP implementation into a more maintainable Python-based backend. The system supports a secure multi-step flow for identity verification, follow-up access, and PIN reset processing.
