Contract Started
Started the BRIX engagement by taking over an existing website setup after the previous developer was no longer handling it.
BRIX Performance started as a practical website maintenance engagement, where the initial responsibility was keeping an existing static landing page stable, responsive, and usable while small business updates continued to come in. That early phase gradually expanded into adding new content pages and improving the overall website structure, which made the limits of a static setup more visible over time.
As the business needs grew, the work shifted into a more system-oriented direction. I proposed and implemented a dynamic PHP and MySQL setup so content such as distributor information and articles could be managed from an admin side instead of depending on direct code edits. This turned the website from a developer-dependent marketing page into a more maintainable operational platform for non-technical users.
The engagement then branched into several connected product tracks under the same company context: a CMS transformation, a product-focused brake pad revamp, an internal stock opname tool, and an ongoing payment gateway integration initiative. Together, these projects show how the work evolved from basic website maintenance into broader full-cycle web and system development.
A selection of the strongest project stories from this work chapter.
This project transformed the BRIX website from a developer-dependent static setup into a more maintainable PHP and MySQL system. The first migration focused on distributor data, then expanded into article management so the client could update operational content through an admin panel instead of requesting manual page edits each time.
View Project DetailThis project focused on building a new product-oriented website chapter for the upcoming brake pad release while the broader BRIX website was also being refreshed. The work combined new page development, UI changes from the design team, and tighter collaboration with marketing and media stakeholders who had started using the CMS and giving more structured input.
