Volunteer Technology Initiative

Summary

I saw an opportunity to simplify the operational work behind a catechism retreat and initiated the development of a dedicated platform as a volunteer service. I translated the committee's participant, mentoring, attendance, activity, game, and evaluation workflows into one connected application.

This was a one-time, non-commercial initiative. I independently handled the product framing, application architecture, database design, backend development, responsive frontend, operational safeguards, and deployment preparation while collaborating with the retreat committee on the real-world rules the platform needed to support.
